REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
- Before work starts: cancel any time before you send your intake answers for a full refund.
- Late delivery: if your plan isn't delivered within 5 business days of receiving your intake answers, you can request a full refund.
- 3 Moves or It's Free: attend your walkthrough within 30 days of receiving your plan. If you don't leave with at least 3 moves you believe are worth making, email us within 7 days after the walkthrough for a full refund.
- Otherwise: because each plan is custom work made for your business, purchases are not refundable after the guarantee period ends.
- How to request a refund: email joe@profitablemarketingsystems.com with your name and order date. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Delivery: plans are delivered digitally by email. Nothing is shipped.
